PlayStation VR has some breathtaking VR titles and although the E3 event gave some idea of what it would be like to game on the PS VR, the experiences have turned out to be much better in full versions of titles. Few titles are amazing in VR, although their console version has been around for a while. Let’s look into the amazing titles that the PlayStation VR has to offer:
Table of Contents
1. Batman: Arkham VR
Amazon Ratings: 4.3/5 (107 Customer Ratings)
Cost: $19.87
Never put a bat suit on? Well, here is your chance in VR. The Arkham VR has amazing graphics and a very interesting storyline. You want to know what happens next and this keeps you moving within the game. The gameplay is a little light on this title but the experience is amazing.
It is truly an immersive experience and the way the story rolls, you do not feel like removing the VR headset any time soon. The game is relatively shorter and hence the price tag of the title.

2. PSVR Robinson: The Journey
Amazon Ratings: 2.9/5 (45 Customer Ratings)
Price: $39.96
This is like the Jurassic experience brought to you in VR. It is a puzzle game and it mainly revolves around solving puzzles and the graphics are beautiful. You would not get this opportunity to actually see insects and other creatures so closely.
The storyline revolves around a boy named Robin who is stranded in a place which is inhabited by dinosaurs and other wild creatures. This game has caused a few people motion sickness due to movements involved in the gameplay. However, you can never predict it’s effect until you have tried the game.

3. PSVR EVE: Valkyrie
Amazon Ratings: 3.9/5 (40 Customer Reviews)
Price: $59.96
This was one of the most awaited games among the list of games that were launched alongside PlayStation VR. It is one of the best multiplayer games that comes in the VR. The graphics are pretty amazing although you might finish up the game modes too soon.
I think this game has to be played for the amazing graphics and the entire fighting while flying concept. Order this game only if you like multiplayer games and have an awesome internet connection on your side.

4. PSVR Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
Amazon Ratings: 4.8/5 (93 Customer Reviews)
Price: $19.96
This game is terrifying and scary. If you aren’t a big fan of clowns then get ready to have nightmares. This is a scary ride where you keep shooting obstacles and anything creepy that comes your way.
It is a very immersing gameplay and you might end up actually removing the VR headset because of the creepy characters that pop out of nowhere. It is an amazing game with some great VR experience.

5. Eagle Flight VR
Amazon Ratings: 4.1/5 (9 Customer Reviews)
Price: $39.99
If you ever wanted to fly in VR then the Eagle Flight is one of the games that you should go for. Apart from the fun you have in the multiplayer game, this is a really nice game when it comes to site seeing. It really takes you off to another world.
The game involves completing tasks by collecting objects from different parts of the city. Flying around the city with a few tweaks added by the obstacles will make this game really interesting. It might take some time to get used to it but once you are well acquainted with the gameplay you are ready to go.

6. Worlds
Amazon Ratings: 4.0/5 (39 Customer Reviews)
Price: $39.96
This is a collection of games where you have the demo of most of the games. When you buy the launch bundle you get this disc but selling it as a standalone isn’t really a great idea. However, if you do not have the demo disc and want to try the demo for more than one game then you could try this out.
A few of the games like London Heist was really great. It is really nice game giving you that you are in the gangster world. It can be my liking towards the shooting games but you might find something that you like and later upgrade to the fuller version, so do check this one out.

Hi there! I finished going through your very extensive list of PS4 VR games! Just had to drop you a quick comment to say thanks! I have been looking through your list now for quite some time. I don’t have a VR headset yet but was looking into it. I think you might have just convinced me to purchase one! The one game that caught my attention is Drive Club! That looks absolutely amazing. Do you know what that steering wheel controller is called and where you would buy one from? This is just my kind of game.
Thanks!
Hi Andrew
That steering wheel setup was for the demo, LOL. I wish we had that for gaming at our homes as well but that is not the case. DriveClub apparently comes with motion sickness, although the demo didn’t show it but when you play the full game you start feeling motion sick after a while.
I’m actually really glad I cam across this. I have a PS4 and I have been thinking about possibly getting a VR headset. The only problem is I have no idea what game would interest me enough to go out and get a VR. I think its really cool that you used the customer ratings from Amazon. It really gives me a good idea on what game is worth getting. I’m really disappointed that EVE: Valkyrie only got 3.9 out of 5….I was really hoping that game would be more of a success. Oh well though, I think I’m going to wait a few more months and see what the beginning of the new year brings =)
BY January 2017 we might have a lot of titles in store and I’m waiting for farpoint which would be released at around March or somewhere there. The amount of games PS VR has released is really exciting. EVE: Valkyrie could have done better but 3.9 is not that bad. There might be a few people who just do not like that kind of game else I do not see any big reason for it to get just low ratings.
The Robinson: Journey sounds real exciting, I’ve always loved puzzle games. Virtual reality technology is definitely picking up pace in the gaming industry. Thank you for this review, I will certainly being checking out a few of the titles that you mention and decide which one I will be buying.
I’m glad you found this post helpful Nathan 🙂
Nice reviews!
I recently wrote an article on VR. Glad to see what the technology is bringing.
Hi Josh
Send me the link, I would love to read your post as well 🙂
Hi there, thanks for your interesting article.
I’m a massive gamer, so the thought of VR gaming is very exciting, although I haven’t had a chance to try it out yet. I’m currently an Xbox user, is it worth switching over? The games look great, it seems like a real unique experience! 🙂
Dan
If you are xbox user I recommend you try out the Oculus Rift rather than going for PlayStation VR. Team Oculus has a partnership with Microsoft and it only makes sense to go for the other VR headset. However you could even switch if you like to since the rift is going to cost around $600(without the touch controllers) and both the PS4 and the VR bundle together might come around $700. So, I don’t blame you if you want to change but if the only reason you are changing is because of the VR games then you must have a look at the Oculus games since both have almost the same games and the quality on Oculus would be a little better.
Its insane how developed vr and gaming technology is becoming, its exciting, I still have a hard time believeing that things are becoming so advanced, and I’ve been following gaming for the last 13-14 years.
I imagine a future where not only will we be able to fully move our bodies in virtual reality, but there will be air filters and other things so that not only will we see the environments we are in, but these filters will eventually put out cold air (winter atmosphere) or whatever so that we’ll also be able to feel the environments we are in.
It’s so crazy

That is so true. We are advancing when it comes to technology in gaming. We do have a few gadgets that do help us move our bodies in VR but they are still developing on that and are expensive as of now!
